Product Manager

We're preparing for release of Wyvern's Level-2A processing level! This will allow users of Wyvern data to access atmospherically corrected surface reflectance imagery so they can perform hyperspectral analysis faster and without additional tools.

Release Date

This release is a planned release and is currently unavailable. The product guide has been updated to allow users time to adjust their processes for version 2.0 changes that may affect their workflow.

note

Version 2.0 will be released no earlier than November 15, 2025. The exact release date will be documented as the release approaches.

You can find the documentation under the 2.0-beta section of the product guide.

Notes

Level-2A Surface Reflectance

  • New processing level (L2A) delivers atmospherically corrected surface reflectance data. See Processing Levels for details.
  • Updated radiance values for L1B top-of-atmopshere radiance processing level.

Filename Convention

  • Changed the zipfile and folder naming convention to include the processing level. See Product Delivery for details.
  • Changed the filename convention to add the processing level. See Product Delivery for details.
note

If you use the filename in your workflows, you may need to update your processes. Our recommendation is to use the STAC JSON metadata file to identify any information you're using. This will allow you to avoid disruption during this update.
